However, this doesn\u2019t mean that there is no way of lessening high sweat levels in localised areas. Lots of people, whether during exercise or hot weather or simply walking to work, find that they sweat excessively in one area. Common areas for these uneven levels of sweating are the hairline, palms of the hands, and underarms or armpits.
